This Privacy Policy explains what information Quick Wall Construction Co. ("Quick Wall," "we," or "us") collects through quickwallconstruction.com (the "Website"), how we use it, and how to contact us with questions.

Information you submit. The Request a Bid form asks for information needed to review a project inquiry. Depending on what you choose to provide, this may include:

  • Your name and company
  • Email address and phone number
  • Project name, project location, project type, and estimated start date
  • A message or scope description
  • Construction plans, drawings, specifications, and other supporting documents you upload

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may record standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time of your request. Our bid intake system also records the IP address associated with a form submission to help limit spam and abuse.

Cookies. The Website does not use advertising, remarketing, or third-party analytics cookies, and we do not set cookies to track your activity. If we add analytics or similar technologies in the future, we will update this policy.

How We Use Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Review, evaluate, and respond to your project or bid inquiry
  • Communicate with you about the project you submitted
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Website
  • Detect and prevent spam, abuse, and misuse of the form

We do not sell your information, and we do not use the Request a Bid form to build a marketing email list.

Service Providers We Rely On

The Website uses third-party infrastructure to operate. These providers process information on our behalf in order to deliver their services:

  • Vercel — hosts the Website and runs the server-side functions that process form submissions.
  • Vercel Blob — stores documents you upload through the Request a Bid form. Uploaded files are stored at unique, randomly generated web addresses that are shared with Quick Wall in the bid notification email.
  • Resend — delivers the email notification containing your submission and links to any uploaded documents to Quick Wall.

Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy policy. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the rights of others, or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business.

Uploaded Documents

Please upload only documents you are authorized to share. Uploaded files are used to review your inquiry and are retained in our storage and email systems as part of our project records unless we determine they are no longer needed. If you would like a specific document removed, contact us using the details below and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request.

Security

The Website is served over HTTPS, form submissions are validated on our servers, and access credentials for our service providers are kept out of the public website code. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of any information.

Children

The Website is intended for commercial construction professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your Choices

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about your inquiry, request a correction, or ask that it be removed. Providing information through the Website is voluntary; you can always reach us by phone or email instead.
